In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Return/Exchange items must be in the original packaging and in new condition with all labels and tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team here and include "Return Request" in the subject line to receive your Return Authorization #. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. A Return Authorization is required. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please note all custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, and seasonal items (Holiday/Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, calendars/planners, etc.) are FINAL SALE and not returnable. We also do not accept returns for gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once the return is processed, we will notify you via email. If approved, then your original form of payment will be refunded minus shipping costs which serves as the restocking fee within 5 - 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
